What is Hershey Inn & Suites?

Hershey Inn & Suites is the newest addition to the Official Resorts of Hersheypark. Enjoy comfort and convenience in our new 130-room hotel that features free daily hot breakfast, a lobby bar and a marketplace.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

For reservations at Hershey Lodge, The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Inn & Suites: Room reservations must be cancelled at least three days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.  Early departure after registration will result in a $100 charge.  Rooms booked in association with a group, meeting, or conference may be subject to a different cancellation policy.
 

For reservations at the Hersheypark Camping Resort, the cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are without penalty, cancellations after the 24 hours of booking, up to 10 days prior to the arrival date result in a $13 processing fee, and all cancellations within 10 days of the reservation's arrival date will result in forfeiting the first night's deposit. 

 

Is there Breakfast included with a Standard Guest Room Booking:

For reservations at Hershey Lodge, The Hotel Hershey: Breakfast is not included with a Standard Guest Room Booking.

For reservations at Hershey Inn & Suites: Yes. Every stay includes access to our Free Hot Breakfast in the main lobby from 7 AM to 10 AM.

For reservations at Hersheypark Camping Resort: Breakfast is not included with RV, Tent or Cabin bookings.

 

How do I cancel a reservation that I made over the phone?

Please call our Reservations Team for assistance at 844-330-1799 to cancel a stay at The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge or Hershey Inn & Suites.  To cancel a reservation made at Hersheypark Camping Resort, please call the property directly at 717-534-8999.

 

How do I cancel a reservation that I made online?

You can refer to the confirmation email that you received for a direct link or go to our reservations website, select "Log In" in the upper right corner and then select "Cancellation Request."

 

How can I view my reservation details?

Your reservation details are located in your confirmation email or you can login to our reservation website and select "My Reservations" to see your past and upcoming reservations.  Note that only reservations made online will display under "My Reservations".

 

Is a deposit required for my reservation?

We require a one-night room and tax deposit for the first night of your stay.  Note that certain activities and add-ons require a full deposit at the time of booking.

 

What time is check-in/check-out?

Hershey Lodge: Check-in is after 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM

The Hotel Hershey: Check-in is after 4 PM and Check-out is at 12 PM

Hershey Inn & Suites: Check-in is after 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM

Hersheypark Camping Resort: Check-in is after 3 PM for Cabins and Campsites.  Check-out is at 11 AM for Cabins and at 1 PM for Campsites

 

Can I book a full Villa at The Hotel Hershey?

To book a 4 or 6-bedroom Villa at The Hotel Hershey, please call 844-330-1799. When you reserve an entire Villa, you will gain access to a multi-functional Great Room that features ample space for gathering, a charming fireplace, and a wet bar with refrigerator.
